What happens next

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the first session at no cost. After it begins, unused sessions are refunded pro rata within 14 calendar days of a written request to contact@zorvdalis.com.

Complaints and out-of-court disputes

Write to contact@zorvdalis.com or call +380 962 002 6837; we answer within 30 calendar days. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or the courts of Ukraine.
