Terms of Service
1. Provider and services
The provider is zorvdalis.com LLC, EDRPOU 59593844 (full address and contacts in the footer), selling online fitness coaching. This information is disclosed before any order or payment as required by Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komertsiiu» No. 675-VIII vid 03.09.2015. Coaching is not medical or rehabilitation care; diagnosing or treating disease requires a licence under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro litsenzuvannia vydiv hospodarskoi diialnosti» No. 222-VIII vid 02.03.2015.
2. Prices and billing
Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) with the currency stated and taxes included; any discount refers to the actual previous price, per Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» No. 1023-XII vid 12.05.1991 (v redaktsii Zakonu No. 3153-IX vid 10.06.2023) and Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» No. 270/96-VR vid 03.07.1996.
3. Scheduling, cancellation and refunds
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a session free of charge; later cancellations count as delivered. Unused prepaid sessions are refundable on written request within 14 days of payment, less sessions already delivered, within 10 business days to the original payment method. Email contact@zorvdalis.com.
4. Complaints and out-of-court disputes
We answer complaints sent to contact@zorvdalis.com within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be filed with Derzhavna sluzhba Ukrainy z pytan bezpechnosti kharchovykh produktiv ta zakhystu spozhyvachiv (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or with the courts of Ukraine.
5. Your responsibilities and liability
Provide accurate contact and health details, follow safety guidance, use the site lawfully and do not resell our materials. Liability is limited, as far as the law permits, to fees paid for the affected service; no specific result is guaranteed.

Forms, newsletters and analytics rely on your consent under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» and Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronni komunikatsii» No. 1971-IX vid 16.12.2020; non-essential cookies load only after opt-in. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Language, advertising and changes
The full Ukrainian version of this site prevails, per Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zabezpechennia funktsionuvannia ukrainskoi movy yak derzhavnoi» No. 2704-VIII vid 25.04.2019. Claims are substantiated and never present coaching as treatment. We may amend these Terms; the published version applies.
