Data and purposes
We collect name, email, phone, message and details you enter in forms, plus IP address, device, browser and pages visited. We use them to answer enquiries, deliver coaching services, process orders and payments, and send newsletters you opt in to. Basis: your consent and performance of a contract, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". Enquiry records are kept for 24 months; consent records until withdrawal.

Analytics and advertising cookies and tags load only after your prior, informed opt-in consent. You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect prior processing. Complaints and refunds
You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba). For out-of-court disputes and refunds, email contact@zorvdalis.com; unused subscription periods are refunded under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 (as amended by Law No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023).
